Faced with a highly competitive real estate market, we decided to explore a different alternative: acquiring a plot of land and developing a property from scratch in Florida. The experience added new capabilities: market analysis, construction, design, investment and real estate strategy.

Our technology experience evolves and consolidates with STIK, a company created in Ecuador to develop technology solutions with international reach. Technology, development and knowledge become a structured capability within our business ecosystem.

Junonia Collection USA is born
Our real estate experience evolves into a new vision: developing and managing properties able to stand out in highly competitive markets. Inspired by one of Marco Island's most special shells, Junonia represents our philosophy of identifying and developing properties that can become true gems within their market.

The collection grows
The experience gained with the first property confirms the potential of the model, and a new property joins Junonia Collection. The idea begins to evolve from an individual property into a collection with identity and a vision for growth.

A new chapter begins in Ecuador with the creation of HIVE Construction, focused on construction and real estate development. The company is born as a partnership, connecting different knowledge and capabilities around new development opportunities.
